We have been working in collaboration with the guys at the Belfast Coffee Roasting Co to create a perfect coffee blend.
We have named it à bloc - Riding or going à bloc means giving it all you have got, riding flat out, riding as hard as one possible can.
This is a blend of 3 certified coffees from Papua New Guinea, Honduras and Brazil.
This full bodied coffee full of fruity sweetness with syrupy redcurrant and sloe berry notes. A crisp taste of buttered toast, with the flavour of brioche, almonds and honey coming through providing a syrupy finish.
The coffee blend has been roasted in a very small batch, it is 100% Arabica coffee, and is a medium / dark roast.
